Ensuring sustainability is fundamentally embedded at the core of every project, precinct and development comes down to the perception of value from the outset.
This session will explore how to ensure that the value proposition of sustainability is communicated with stakeholders, both internal and external as well as providing tips to navigate the hurdles, shift the mindset and ensure sustainability is part of the business case.
The agenda will feature a mix of discussion, presentations and smaller breakout groups to give attendees the opportunity to learn from shared experiences and discuss the practical initiatives that can be implemented.
