Ellis is a Director within KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places group and leads the NSW Project Delivery team for the Health and Education sectors. Ellis is a seasoned Project management professional having delivered a number of major Health, Education, Transport, Defence and other Government Infrastructure projects across Australia. Ellis has worked with both public and private clients including, Health Infrastructure NSW, TfNSW, Sydney Airport (SACL), Department of Defence and Qantas Group. Having held Leadership roles at both client-side consultancies and Head Contractors over his 19 years industry experience, Ellis has project delivery experience including Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), GC21 Design Finalisaiton & Construct, Design & Construct (D&C), Managing Contractor and PPP delivery models.
