With close to 15 yrs experience in the Property Industry. For the past 5 yrs Jessica has been in the emerging land lease sector developing high quality affordable retirement living communities for the over 55’s in Victoria (Lifestyle Ocean Grove by LIC-UDIA 2020 Award for Excellence VIC Winner). Jessica currently forms part of the Ingenia Communities start up team in Victoria, developing Ingenia Lifestyle Communities across regional Victoria.
