This session will look at some of the key considerations from a sustainability angle for reuse over demolition. It will explore the benefits as well as touching on some of the challenges that might need to be considered. This session will help you push the value proposition for reuse to your wider teams. This session will explore the learning outcomes from 77 Market St project – a refurbishment of a heritage podium.

- Motivations for electrofits; reduced greenhouse gas emissions, going 100% renewable, reducing costs, tenant demands.

- What has helped build a strong case for reuse in your projects and is it client driven?
