Terms and Conditions

Discounts

  • Members are entitled to a registration discount, this will automatically be applied to your registration when you are signed into your GBCA account attached to a member organisation
  • If you are a Future Green Leader, you can retrieve your discount by adding the GBDFGL discount code at checkout. Note this is a heavily discounted rate and as such, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount except for group discounts.
  • Discounts and discount codes may be used once per registration and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Payment terms

  • Fees must be paid at least 72 hours prior to attending the conference. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid bookings after this time.
  • For bookings under $1000 we are only able to accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. For bookings over $1000, you can select pay via EFT on the payment page and you will be sent an invoice.
  • Should you need to pay by EFT or cheque and your booking is under $1000, please contact us and we will send you an invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

  • If you find that you cannot attend Green Building Day, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another Green Building Day 2025 city or to a colleague
  • Note this must be requested via email at least 72 hours prior to your Green Building Day
  • Refunds will not be given in any circumstances except as required by law.

Costs

  • You are responsible for any ancillary costs associated with attending the conference

Ticket sharing

  • Virtual links are issued to and used only by the attendee named in the registration. Sharing of attendee virtual links is not permitted at any time across the conference.

Your personal information

  • By registering to Green Building Day, you agree to receive emails with relevant information for the conference.
  • To ensure all our conference partners derive the greatest value from the conference, we share a list of names, job title and organisation name (but not contact details) of attendees with Green Building Day partners. If you would prefer to opt-out of such sharing, please email us.
