Frequently asked questions

Our in-person events will be held in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. The Sydney event will also be live streamed if you are unable to attend any of the local events in person.

You will receive 6 Green Star CPD points automatically once you've paid and attended the event. If you are enrolled in the Green Star CPD program, these points will contribute towards your FY 2027 CPD period minimum CPD points requirement. Check your CPD points tally anytime on your CPD portal.

Yes, groups of 3–6 will receive a 10% discount and can be booked directly via the website. Groups of 7+ will receive further discounts and can be arranged via our events team at education@gbca.org.au.

GBCA members benefit from a 20% discount on all GBCA courses and events which will automatically be applied to your booking if you are signed into your GBCA account that's attached to a member organisation. If you're not sure if you're a GBCA member, you can check your portal here and update your company in your Profile.

If you are a Future Green Leader, you can retrieve your 20% discount by adding the GBFFGL discount code at checkout. Note this is a heavily discounted rate and as such, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount except for group discounts.

Local government organisations – please email us at education@gbca.org.au and we can assist you with your discounted booking.

You are welcome to send a colleague to attend in your place, transfer your ticket to a different city or the virtual live stream. Please ensure you inform us via email at education@gbca.org.au at least 72 hours prior to your Green Building Forum.

Each booking entitles one delegate to attend Green Building Forum in your chosen city and tickets cannot be shared. If you need to transfer your booking to a colleague, please inform us ahead of the event via email at education@gbca.org.au.

Purchases above $1,000 can be paid for either by credit card or via an invoice.

For purchases $1,000 and under, we require payment via a credit card at time of booking. If you need to pay via invoice, please contact the Education team directly.
