The offline calculators and submission templates will be initially released as a preview prior to the opening of the Green Star Online submission portal. The final version will be available prior to release of the submission portal in the second half of this year; changes between the preview version and the final version will be background changes and should have minimal impact on format and inputs in the preview versions.
