GBCA webinar on the proposed closure of Climate Active
14 September @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm AEST
Free
The Australian Government is currently consulting with industry on its plans to end certification of voluntary climate claims through the Climate Active program.
We understand that the closure of the program is likely to impact users of the Green Star and NABERS certification programs in different ways.
To help us understand how we can support industry during this transition, we would value your attendance at our upcoming information webinar on Monday 14 September.
To be hosted by GBCA (in collaboration with NABERS), this online session will provide an overview of the Climate Active Consultation Paper, the two proposed options and how to have your say.
We will also seek your feedback on the impacts the announced closure will have on current projects and how you think those impacts can be addressed. We will also seek views on what you think should occur once Climate Active has closed, and the roles GBCA and NABERS might have.
The invitation only webinar is for users of Green Star and NABERS, (such as building owners, developers and their project teams) and other related stakeholders.
