I am a Chartered quantity surveyor with an Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree with extensive engineering services (MEP) estimation experience. I got qualifications in sustainability, project management and Microsoft Office suite. I also have a strong understanding of the Australian and UAE construction laws, conditions of contract (CoC) commonly used in the industry, such as the Australian AS 4000 CoC in Australia and FIDIC Red book (The different versions) CoC in the Middle East.
