Gisela Jung

About

Gisela is a qualified Architect and Urban Designer who joined CA Architects in 2003. She is passionate about urban planning and design, and is focused on how public, residential and commercial spaces can combine to create the very best urban environments. As one of CA Architects leading architects, she has undertaken a very diversified portfolio of projects. Her interest lies in place-making, stakeholder engagement and projects of regional and cultural sensitivity as demonstrated in the Reconciliation Rocks Cooktown and Munro Martin Parklands. Her work is concentrated on the public realm with projects ranging from education to culture and urban design, focusing on sustainability as well as complex and sensitive, integrated design solutions. As a Green Star Accredited Professional, she has successfully achieved ESD outcomes through the TAFE Advanced Manufacturing Hub, Cairns Qld Conics Building, and the William McCormack Place Stage 2, the tropics first 6 Star rated building.
