Case study: Going all-electric – Canberra Hospital Expansion
This session will explore the Canberra Hospital Expansion project’s Critical Services Building, Australia’s first all-electric Green Star hospital building. With its 5 Star Green Star rating, the all-electric status will prevent the release of approximately 1,886 tonnes of carbon emissions annually. Key features of the sustainable design include energy-efficient systems, intelligent heating and cooling, and a holistic building management system.
