Discounts

Member discounts: If your GBCA profile is linked to a GBCA member organisation, you will automatically receive the discounted member rate. If you think you are a member and don’t see your member rate, please contact us before booking.

Future Green Leader discounts: are offered in addition to member and group discounts. If you are a Future Green Leader, please apply the code TRANSFORMFGL in the cart to receive 30% off your booking.  Other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with Future Green Leader or group discounts.

Group discounts: A 10% discount is available for groups of 3-6 people from the same organisation. Please use the 3-6 ticket option on the Register page to receive the discount.

For virtual groups or groups across both in-person and virtual, please contact us directly and we will book on your behalf.

Greater discounts are available for groups 7+, contact us directly for custom discounts of up to 50%.

Discount codes: may be used once per registration and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Costs
You are responsible for any ancillary costs associated with attending the conference, such as the cost of any travel or accommodation required to attend the event.

Payment terms
Fees are due within 14 days of the invoice date and for late bookings, at least 72 hours prior to the conference. Your booking is not secure until payment has been made. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid bookings after this time.

For bookings under $1000, we are only able to accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. For bookings over $1000, you can select pay via EFT on the payment page and you will be sent an invoice.

Should you need to pay by EFT or cheque and your booking is under $1000, please contact us and we will send you an invoice.

Cancellations and refunds
If you find that you cannot attend TRANSFORM in-person, you have the option to either transfer your ticket to a colleague or to change to a virtual ticket. You can receive a refund for the reduction in the relevant registration fee by contacting transform@gbca.org.au. Note this must be requested via email at least 72 hours prior to attending.

If you have booked accommodation at the Hilton with your ticket and need to cancel, you have the option to transfer your room to a colleague. Refunds will not be provided unless the room can be re-sold.

Full refunds will not be given in any circumstances except as required by law.

Ticket sharing
Badges are issued to and used only by the attendee named in the registration. Sharing of attendee badges is not permitted at any time across the conference or networking drinks.

Badges must be worn at all times during the conference. You may be asked to provide your photo ID to verify your identity while attending the conference

If you’ve purchased a virtual ticket or live stream add on to an in-person ticket, you will be provided with a unique link to join the online event platform, Airmeet. Sharing of your online platform access link is not permitted at any time across the conference.

Your personal details
By registering to TRANSFORM, you agree to receive emails with relevant information for the conference from GBCA and our conference app provider, Entegy and/or live streaming provider, Entegy.

By logging into the conference app, Entegy, or live streaming platform, Airmeet, your name and organisation will be available to other conference attendees while using the online platform. This is designed to help you find and connect with your peers before, during and after the Conference. You can opt into sharing further contact information by completing your online profile. If you would prefer to opt-out of such sharing, please email transform@gbca.org.au.

To ensure all our conference partners derive the greatest value from the conference, we share a list of names, job title and organisation name (but not contact details) of attendees with TRANSFORM partners. If you would prefer to opt-out of such sharing, please email transform@gbca.org.au
