Green Star – Communities PILOT v0.0 Submission Guidelines
Registration for this version of the Green Star rating tool has closed and new projects must register under the current Green Star rating tool. These submission guidelines are available for reference purposes only.
The Green Star – Communities PILOT rating tool defines best practice benchmarks for sustainable community and precinct development, across five sustainability categories – Governance, Design, Liveability, Economic Prosperity and Environment. These submission guidelines provide a detailed description of the categories and credits within the Green Star – Communities PILOT rating tool, explaining each credit’s aims, criteria and compliance requirements, and offering additional guidance, background information and resources.
Purchasing the submission guidelines will give you access to a PDF version of the document. You can copy and print from this document. The submission guidelines will continue to be revised frequently over time. For guidelines purchased after 22 July 2024, free updates will be automatically available from the submission guidelines downloads section in your portal once released. If purchased prior, please request updates via ‘My requests’ in your Green Star portal. A summary of changes is also available for download in the Green Star Resources Portal.
Non-members: This soft-copy gives your organisation license to use the submission guidelines by up to 5 users. Organisations that require a license for more than 5 users should contact the GBCA.
