Booking terms and conditions

Discounts

  • GBCA Members are entitled to a registration discount, this will automatically be applied to your registration when you are signed into your GBCA account attached to a member organisation .
  • If you are a Future Green Leader, you can retrieve your discount by adding the GBFFGL discount code at checkout. Note this is a heavily discounted rate and as such, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount except for group discounts.
  • Discounts and discount codes may be used once per registration.
  • If you think you are eligible for a discount and don’t see the option on your booking page, please contact us before booking to assist as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

 Payment terms

  • Fees must be paid at least 72 hours prior to attending the event. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid bookings after this time.
  • For bookings under $1000, we are only able to accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. For bookings over $1000, you can select pay via EFT on the payment page and you will be sent an invoice.
  • Should you need to pay by EFT or cheque and your booking is under $1000, please contact us and we will send you an invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

  • If you find that you cannot attend Green Building Forum, you have the option to:
    1.  Transfer your ticket to another Green Building Forum 2026 city;
    2. Or to a colleague

Note this must be requested via email at least 72 hours prior to your Green Building Forum.

  • Refunds will not be given in any circumstances except as required by law.

Ticket sharing

  • Virtual access is issued to and used only by the attendee named in the registration. Sharing of virtual access link is not permitted at any time across the event.

Your personal information

  • By registering to Green Building Forum, you agree to receive emails with relevant information for the event.
  • To ensure all our event partners and your fellow delegates and speakers derive the greatest value from the conference, we share a list of names, job title and organisation name (but not contact details) of attendees with Green Building Forum partners and attendees. If you would prefer to opt-out of such sharing, please email us.
