Booking terms and conditions

Discounts  

  • Members are entitled to a registration discount, this will automatically be applied to your registration when you are signed into your GBCA account attached to a member organisation .  
  • If you are a Future Green Leader, you can retrieve your discount by adding the SDCFFGL discount code at checkout. Note this is a heavily discounted rate and as such, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount except for group discounts. 
  • Discounts and discount codes may be used once per registration. 
  • If you think you are a eligible for a discount and don’t see the option on your booking page, please contact us before booking to assist as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. 

Payment terms  

  • Fees must be paid at least 72 hours prior to attending the conference. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid bookings after this time. 
  • For bookings under $1000, we are only able to accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. For bookings over $1000, you can select pay via EFT on the payment page and you will be sent an invoice.  
  • Should you need to pay by EFT or cheque and your booking is under $1000, please contact us and we will send you an invoice.
     

Cancellations and refunds  

  • If you find that you cannot attend the event, you can transfer your booking to a colleague. Note this must be requested via email at least 72 hours prior to the event. 
  • Refunds will not be given in any circumstances except as required by law.  

Costs 

  • You are responsible for any ancillary costs associated with attending the event, such as the cost of any travel or accommodation required to attend the event. 

Ticket sharing  

  • Badges are issued to and used only by the attendee named in the registration. Sharing of attendee badges is not permitted at any time across the event. 
  • Badges must be worn at all times during the event. You may be asked to provide your photo ID to verify your identity while attending the event.

Your personal information  

  • By registering to the event you agree to receive emails with relevant information for the event. 
  • To ensure all our event partners and your fellow delegates and speakers derive the greatest value from the event, we share a list of names, job title and organisation name (but not contact details) of attendees with event partners and attendees. If you would prefer to opt-out of such sharing, please email us.
